I started sanding floors in the Triangle eleven years ago and never handed the machine to anyone else. When you hire Elder Flooring, I am the person who measures your rooms, mixes your stain, runs the sander, and walks the floor with you at the end.
The work I am proudest of is the work you cannot see. Brazilian redwood blended into red oak so the seam vanished. A curved handrail laminated and bent to a stair nobody else would quote. A water stain a family had lived with for six years, gone in three days.
